The jewel at the heart of our Italian restaurant, Amano is a glazed, walk-in wine cabinet, which is simply unique and is home to 1,000 bottles of wine and is perfect for intimate wine tasting. From the pasta to panna cotta, the food is simple, delicious and made with fresh ingredients straight from the market.

The bar is impressive, to say the least with its shining counter made of jacaranda and gold-plated bar stools; an irresistible eye-catcher. The bar area with its full-length windows looks out onto the terrace and allows guests to share in the comings and goings out in the harbour. With its fireside, the lounge is perfect for those who wish to relax with a drink and a snack.

If you prefer a more intimate atmosphere we offer a fabulous private dining room for 16 guests. The dining room's red velvet curtains and light sculpture made of glass crystals exude a very special atmosphere. The guests are separated from the outside by a dark red sliding glass door that offers privacy.
